It’s “Saturday is for Sites” again. This week I spotlight five sites that I follow for productivity & organization. Enjoy!
1. Zen Habits

Zen Habits is a great productivity & organization blog which covers such topics as: achieving goals, productivity, being organized, GTD, motivation, eliminating debt, saving, eating healthy, simplifying, living frugal, parenting, happiness, and successfully implementing good habits.

2. Get Rich Slowly

Get Rich Slowly is a daily blog that focuses on sensible personal finance. Blogger J. D. Roth, self proclaimed “average guy who found himself deep in debt” shares stories about debt elimination, saving money, and practical investing. The site was named last year as one of the top most inspiring money blogs by Money magazine. Good stuff.

3. Put Things Off

This is a new read for me, but one that seems really down to earth. A lot of productivity blogs amount to little more than positive motivational pie-in-the-sky writing (think Successories and you’ll get the picture). Put Things Off talks about the same subjects in a more matter-of-fact approach.

4. Organize IT

Another new read. Nice to have a UK perspective, just to change things up. Seems to be good. Same tag lines as most of these other sites: Organize IT covers productivity, personal development and more, helping you to work smarter, create extra time for yourself and feel more relaxed in both your home and work life.

5. 43 Folder Series: Inbox Zero

Not so much a site, in and of itself, this special series written at 43 Folders is a great goal for me. I keep coming back & forth from email freedom to slavery time & again. Looks like I need to read through these posts once more. The Inbox Zero series looks at the skills, tools, and attitude needed to empty your email inbox and then keep it that way. You can visit each of the posts by clicking the title.

What Are Thin Places?
"Thin Places" are rich in Celtic tradition. They are the places in our lives where the divine and the natural worlds come so close together that we can catch a glimpse of God. For the Celtics these places were very real - places within creation where we could physically go. The Thin Places in our own lives are those moments where the space between us & the Kingdom is thin, when we are introduced to a greater glimpse of Who He is through our experiences and through the stories of others.
