To the Woman I Love
If there is a word that permeates the life I live with you it is adventure.
Not knowing what lies ahead, hardly believing what is behind, I sit on the edge of my seat in anticipation of what lies around the corner, because of the knowledge that I will experience it with you.
An amazing caretaker, my heart still skips a beat when I look into your eyes. I love you more deeply than I ever have, and more deeply than I could have ever dreamed that I could.
I don’t deserve you. It is a reality that is before me every day that we walk together on this journey. Why God has chosen to bless me with such a wonderful woman to live my life with I can’t even begin to fathom. It’s just another facet of the mystery of who He is.
Thank you for being the brightness in my day, and for embracing this wonderful life that God has given us. Thank you for accepting me for who you see me to be, even when it doesn’t feel like it is who I really am. You refuse to let me lie in the midst of the short-fallen person whom I see in the mirror. You make me a better man.
I love you.

What Are Thin Places?
"Thin Places" are rich in Celtic tradition. They are the places in our lives where the divine and the natural worlds come so close together that we can catch a glimpse of God. For the Celtics these places were very real - places within creation where we could physically go. The Thin Places in our own lives are those moments where the space between us & the Kingdom is thin, when we are introduced to a greater glimpse of Who He is through our experiences and through the stories of others.
